We’ve know reached the point in our Slo Mo Trick Tip series where our personal knowledge/achievements has been left far behind in these youngster’s dust. If any of our editorial team could put down a backside 720 in the day, it was surely a fluke, and there’s definitely no chance we could relay how to do it ourselves to you, the readers.
A good start would be to get backside 360s and 540s on lock, then let young kicker wizard Rowan Coultas take you through the rest. He uses the back seven as his safety trick on big jumps, so during our pre-season mission with the GB Park & Pipe team to Stubai in the Austrian Tirol, we trained our super-slow-motion camera on him as he spun a few round.
