Hamstrings are another super important snowboard body part – keeping them flexible not only means you can go harder for longer on the hill but also brings down the risk of injuring your knee ligaments, our Achilles heel.
If this is the first time you’re seeing this series we’d suggest starting from the beginning and working up to this, but if you put the work in before you go your shred times this winter will be all the sweeter!
