Will Smith has been one of UK snowboarding’s success stories, learning his craft at Blighty’s dry slopes and domes before stepping up to the Postland Theory movies and the Vans Euro team.
Now, in a move that we assume was spurred by a mixture of pride, nostalgia and masochism, he’s returned to the slopes of Castleford with fellow Postlanders Simon Houlind and Cees Wille, as well as UK comrades Andy Nudds, Gaz Andrews and Ian Ashmore.
Shooting indoors without it looking like any old session can be tricky, but the liberal use of graffiti, road signs, traffic cones and shopping trolleys made this no ordinary night in the fridge.
