Transform Gloves and Park Hill have teamed up to bring a new snowboard freestyle camp to Hintertux Glacier in Austria this October. The camp aims to provide snowboarders with the opportunity to ride with top pros in a similar way to the snowboard camps being offered in the States. The international Transform Gloves team will be on hand to provide freestyle coaching and new team member Jamie Nicholls will join Gulli Gudmundsson, Gustav Een, Niklas Matsson and Joonas Mustonen. Rumour has it that Danny Larsen and Ethan Morgan will also be in attendance to shred and offer a bit of extra help.
The camp is split into two weeks (15th-22nd Oct. and 22nd-29th Oct.) and riders can choose to attend either (or both) weeks. Other than the freestyle coaching itself, 2012 test boards will be available to demo and there will be rail jams and skate contests with prizes to be won. Prices start from €299 and will cover accommodation, lift pass and the Park Hill program. For more information and to book a place see the Park Hill program website.
Sounds like a pretty good time to me – a sweet park, sun (hopefully), BBQ and a chance to meet and ride with some top pros. What more could you want really? Hmm maybe somebody to do this at the end of the day for starters…?
