The word ‘legend’ is bandied about a lot in snowboarding these days but when you’ve got Terje Haakonsen, Bryan Iguchi, Jamie Lynn, Mike Basich, Sani Alibabic, David Benedek, Max Plötzeneder, Gigi Rüf, Devun Walsh and many many more all dropping into the same Bergisel Stadium kicker, there really is no other word that quite cuts it. Yes, the burn Style Session at this year’s 20th Anniversary edition Air & Style was nothing short of epic.

Here’s a video from the Pirates, focusing on their boy Gigi Rüf but also throwing in some sexual tweaked out tricks from the riders who have helped to shape style in snowboarding (Terje, Bryan, Sani) along with some new-school flavour from Arthur Longo, Elias Elhardt and Werni Stock.
