The Grindhouse, if you weren’t already aware, are a UK snowboard video collective that focuses on the raw talent that has been exploding out of the snowdome and dryslope scenes in recent years. Here’s the first half or ‘a-side’ from the 2011 flick ‘Prequel’ which was the first feature length to be released by the crew and was available to pick up for free in TSA stores this winter. This one’s all snowdome shred and was shot at Tamworth Snowdome, Sno!Zone Milton Keynes, Sno!Zone Castleford and Manchester’s Chill Factore.

As you’d expect if you’ve caught any of the other web edits from the Grindhouse crew, the standard of jibbing here is on point (with far too many 360-outs and 270s to count!) and this features banger after banger from: Si Foster, John Weatherley, Ian Ashmore, Jonny Russell, Tom Guilmard, Jamie Nicholls, Ross Needham, Luke Lightwood, Doug Johnson, Ollie Dutton, Charlie Quinn, Charles Clarke, Andy Nudds, Oliver Waters, Pat Hobson, Matt Macwhirter, Gareth Andrews, Ben Wall and Will Smith…phew!

We’re particularly liking the atmospheric lighting setup and creative angles that were used in this one and look forward to seeing what the B-side brings to the table.
