Why we chose the Salomon Kiana Boa Snowboard Boots: This is all terrain versatility, in a pretty as a peach package.
New in the range for the 2020/2021 season, the Kiana Dual Boa takes over from the Focus Boa in the women’s range. The flex matches it up with a more aggressive rider, who’s looking for instant response and powerful energy transfer, but not at the expense of their day to day comfort.
This medium flex boot has been designed using Salomon’s Fit to Ride construction. It’s Salomon’s promise to it’s riders that the boot is just as good to ride at the end of the season as it was when it came out the box on day 1. A test of both comfort, longevity and durability.
“It’s Salomon’s promise to it’s riders that the boot is just as good to ride at the end of the season as it was when it came out the box on day 1”
The new liner materials offer up a boot that’s both 10% lighter and 10% more compact. The smaller frame is ideal for those with bigger feet who suffer the slings and arrows of dastardly toe drag.
It’s in the name, really. This boots main feature is the dual boa lacing system. Designed with combo lacing for a more precise fit. The upper dial on the tongue adjusts the flex of the boot, as you move from your heels to your toes. The lower dial which is on the side of the boot secures the forefoot so as not to move around in your boot.
