Fit and Features

Designed with a regular fit, both the jacket and the pants are tailored to flatter the shape and size of a body while still being of a more relaxed, looser fit around the chest, arms and waist.

Both the jacket and the pants feature an added RECCO reflector. The reflector is designed to reflect back the high-frequency signal of detectors used in rescue searches, increasing the chances of being found quickly in the event of an avalanche. However, it is not to be used as a replacement for your avalanche transceiver.

On top of that, the fully taped seams and the snow gaiters on the pants add to the outerwear’s ability to keep out water.

Gore-Tex is always a safe bet, and when the outerwear comes with an added RECCO reflector everything about it screams of its capability to tackle what lies beyond the limits of the resort. Whilst the O’Neill GTX Psycho Tech Jacket and GTX Mtn Madness Pants work fully well for resort use too, they truly live up to their full potential when taken out for a spin in the deep.
