29 winters after starting producing snowboard hardware, Nitro Snowboards celebrate the last year of their twenties with an expansive range of boards, boots, bindings, outerwear and accessories for every conceivable style of freestyle/freeride snowboarder – whatever the ability level or age. And as you’ll know if you watched their brand/snowboarding history documentary 28 Winters last autumn, these guys have got the pedigree you can rely on to perform.
“It was no surprise they they had the biggest snowboard-only ISPO booth, but as any mildly-endowed person will tell you: it’s not how big your pencil is, it’s how you sign your name”
Nitro’s range is, to put it mildly, massive. With one of the biggest ranges in the game it was no surprise they they had the biggest snowboard-only ISPO booth, but as any mildly-endowed person will tell you: it’s not how big your pencil is, it’s how you sign your name. In terms of boards, Austin Smith and Bryan Fox’s Quiver line has expanded to include even more powder-primed all-terrain vehicles, teenage brain-burster Marcus Kleveland’s pro model looks banging, and their rental range features actual, good snowboards. They’ve worked in Vibram to some of their bindings, too, and when it comes to boots they’ve gone all-in on tech for their flagship machine…
