We’re betting Tim Humphreys has pretty hench arms under that hoody of his from the sheer amount of GoPro selfie shooting he does.

Let’s face it, no other rider has ever really come close to achieving the same kind of greatness that Tim has managed with those ubiquitous little grey boxes. Come to think of it, Sage Kotsenburg and Eric Willet’s mid air GoPro toss was pretty rad… but we digress.

Tim’s latest masterpiece was shot – like apparently everything else this summer – on Mt. Hood, and features the usual ‘spinning off huge kickers looks freakin’ scary!’ moments that we’ve got so used to from his edits.

Look out for the epic crail grab just after the 2:40 mark. How he managed that one while pointing a GoPro at himself and spinning at the same time, we’ll never know.
