With all of the hype surrounding the recent surge in snowboard progression (Torstein’s triple cork anyone?) it may have become easy to overlook the riders who are still very much holding it down in the style department. Although fellow norseman Mikkel Bang may not have a triple he is still undoubtedly one of the most stylish riders on the planet. Burton have posted his full part from their 2009 flick ‘It’s Always Snowing Somewhere’ and it’s full of backcountry bangers (pun intended) and a monster hip session at the end.

From what Mikkel was saying (about a shift away from contests and towards filming) when we caught up with him at the end of last year, we’re confident that his part in this years Burton movie ‘Standing Sideways’ will show a continuation of his effortless style and heavy backcountry hits.
