Lobster Creamer Snowboard 2022-2023
PRICE: $450
The artist formerly known as the Lobster Cream is back for a third year, cementing its position as one of the finest crustacean/dairy-themed rides around. Why it’s now the Creamer and not the Cream, we’re not entirely sure – but with the Sender and Stomper also in the line, the Lobster line has just got that bit more consistent. Banish any images of that weird stuff Americans put in their coffee, and embrace one of our favourite new models of recent times.
Who Is The Lobster Creamer For?
Like much of the Lobster line, the Creamer is one for both in and out of the park. Based on its shape and flex profile alone, however, this is clearly aimed at the all-mountain funseeker, rather than the backcountry booter specialist.

Lobster Sender Snowboard 2022-2023
PRICE: $530
When the Lobster Sender first appeared, from chairlifts to barstools all you’d seem to hear was talk of ‘sending it’ (or indeed, going ‘full send’). The parlance of our times may have adapted, but this board still epitomises the caution-to-the-wind approach that made it a smash hit right out of the gate. Sendicus!
Who Is The Lobster Sender For?
Wallflowers need not apply; the brothers Helgason cooked up the Lobster Sender for those who carpe the absolute diem out of every mountain encounter. The target customer is in the air one minute, redlining on piste or pow fields the next, never phoning it in and always bringing their A-game.

Lobster Stomper Snowboard 2022-2023
PRICE: $450
It’s surf’s up once again for the Lobster Stomper – but just as was the case last year, the graphic is where the comparison ends. This isn’t a pow-specific, uber-directional floater. Far from it, in fact; the way the brothers Helgason tell it, this one is at its finest on firm, freshly groomed snow, be it a motorway piste or a pristine freestyle feature.
Sometimes that makes for a conservative (ok, dull) experience, with a board that tries to tick all boxes at the expense of standout performance. However, the Lobster Stomper is anything but.
Who Is The Lobster Stomper For?
The graphic may be having its fun with you, but the name makes it as plain as day. What we’ve got here is a true all-rounder that’s particularly friendly to those who like to throw shapes with confidence – whether in the park or elsewhere on the mountain.

Lobster Eiki Snowboard 2022-2023
PRICE: $430
Eiki Helgason is easily one of the most creative riders to ever strap into a snowboard. His style is hard to put your finger on, but ‘fun’ is a word that comes to mind, and as such he’s designed his pro model with Lobster to allow for maximum ingenuity, imaginative riding and constant good times.
Although it’s very much a freestyle board, the super soft flex means it errs towards the jib end of the spectrum, so it’s probably not ideal for hitting the pro line, capiche? To provide a catch free feel, Lobster have lifted the sidebases in the nose and tail from the inserts out towards the contact points, they’ve also added their raised Wallie Tips to further enhance the loosey goosey feel. There’s a camber in there, but it’s pretty damn mellow, as are the softer flexing biax laminates, so don’t be expecting a twitchy trigger feel, this is smoooooth sailing.

Lobster Halldor Snowboard 2022-2023
PRICE: $530
Your favourite rider’s favourite rider, Halldor Helgason knows a thing or two about what makes a rad snowboard. He’s probably as well known for his raucous antics as he is his high octane riding, and his pro model snowboard is built for going full send.
The Halldor uses tip to tail full camber, the king of pop! Where in the past, traditional camber profiles tended to be really catchy and hook up around the contact points, the Halldor uses Triple Base Tech, splitting the board into 3 sections and raising the outermost ones to create a spoon-like bevel. This reduces the chances of an unintentional edge catch, a godsend if you’re locking in newer tricks, or just riding sketchy *cough sent it too hard at apres yesterday cough*. Where you’ll see the Eiki is more of a jib deck, the Halldor is designed for bigger features, it’s stable and responsive at higher speeds thanks to the internal layup, with some extra firepower in the form of carbon stringers. The Halldor is a bit of a beast, probably not ideal for complete beginners but otherwise have at it, and folks, let’s face it, this is a top contender for best snowboard graphic of the season. Don’t argue with us on that one.
