Shape, Profile and Sidecut

In previous years, the T Rice Pro has come in two different shapes- a pointy and a blunt. For 2021/22, they’ve combined the two to come out with their ‘plunt’ outline for a best of both worlds approach and another classic T.Ricky portmanteau. The T Rice Pro is a twin in all regards, no setback or taper to speak of and it’s new shape is completely balanced for freestyle ripping.

Using their super versatile hybrid C2 profile, once again Lib are bringing the best of both worlds to the table. Central rocker zone to aid with float and loosen up turn initiation, with camber zones either side to tip and grip on piste and deliver the pop and precision we all crave when we’re going mach 10.

If you’ve ridden any Mervin product in the past, you’ll know exactly what their patented Magnetraction edge profile does. If not, then you’ve come to the right place. 7 strategically placed bumps sit along down the sidecut to increase the amount of contact points with the snow, they claim it turns ice into powder and we’re not sure we’d go quite that far but it certainly does help with traction when the conditions are sketchy.
