Has Nicholls been dabbling with some illicit substances in New Zealand? We doubt it but it’s still one possible explanation as to why he jibs at twice the speed of most other riders out there. Another is that hitting rails really really fast is just a shit ton of fun – if you’re as consistent as Jamie anyway. Otherwise, it’s bloody terrifying.

Seriously though, this edit is a whirlwind of tech tricks: 270’s on and off, frontside and backside 360’s off, 450 off, backside 360 on, and the list goes on and on… We’re proper excited to see how Jamie brings his undeniably world class rail skills to the slopestyle courses this season. If he can manage to avoid catching his toe edge to mega harsh scorpion this time around we reckon he’s got a real good chance at smashing it!
