Some nifty upgrades for 21/22 rubber stamp the Fuse as one of the most versatile bindings on the market. Already a firm favourite with resort riders the world over, the ease of use and adaptability of these bindings ensure they’ll shoot up the top of your must-have list. There is a carbon version for those looking for a more aggressive ride, but for average joe these will be more than enough.

“It’s slightly softer than the higher-end models in the line, allowing for a more playful overall feel”

Who Is The Flow Instinct Fuse For?

Anyone and everyone really. With their playful mid-flex and dual entry pretty much any rider would get on with a pair of Fuse’s.

Baseplate

The chassis is made up of a glass filled nylon baseplate, with adjustable side wings. It’s slightly softer than the higher-end models in the line, allowing for a more playful overall feel. The whole thing is rockered slightly, to allow your board to flex more naturally underfoot, whilst still giving good energy transfer to the contact points.

As your boot sits in the binding, it’ll sit in at a slight angle thanks to the canted footbed. This alleviates pressure on your joints, allowing your knees and ankles to align helping you to ride more comfortably for longer.

“The Power Triangle is where the magic happens, and once again feeds into the Fuse’s versatile nature”

Straps and Highbacks

Despite having some playful lateral flex in the highback, the Fuse still can pack a punch when going edge to edge. The Power Triangle is where the magic happens, and once again feeds into the Fuse’s versatile nature.

Whatever your preconceived notions about Flow straps, make sure to check them at the door. Not only have Flow straps changed radically in the past few years, but now there are two options for you to choose from. These use the ‘Fusion’ straps, a one-piece 3D strap that covers a large portion of your boot for a really locked in feel.

“In the last few years Flow have really upped their game”
