Anyone planning a last-minute trip to Austria right now probably knows the score already. Parts of the country have been hammered with record breaking snowfall over the last couple weeks in one of the best starts to the winter for over thirty years.

For those of us waiting for the storms to pass, the park to be dug out and the snow to turn to slush, however, Theo Acworth and the Fanatic crew remind us why spring can often be the best time of year to ride.

The team hit up the Nordkette Skyline Park, outside Innsbruck, for the Sane! Spring Session that went down last season. The Sane! crew built what looked like an incredible setup, with endless features for riders of all abilities to get creative with.

Theo Acworth (who has been busy documenting GB Park and Pipe’s early season training) put the film together and perfectly captures what sunny, spring park laps with your mates are all about.

So, if you’re sat in your office, watching your Instagram feed fill up with your mates’ powder face-shots and annoying captions like “How’s your Monday going?!”, all is not lost. Have a watch and get that spring trip booked up, instead. The best part of the season is maybe yet to come…
