There’s a whole stash of product stories and highlights coming from DC next season – the key one being the introduction of their new Control and Lotus Step-On boots. In Burton’s first partnership with another brand of this kind, fans of DC’s comfort and fit now get the chance to experience the hand’s free convenience for themselves.
Then, there’s the brand new Laced Boot. Taking inspiration from their own skate shoes, DC’s latest snowboard boot delivers the most responsive lace-closure system they’ve designed to date. For riders who prefer the convenience and secure fastening of a boa system, there’s still the fan favourite Travis Rice and Shuksan models, delivering the highest response rates in lightweight constructions.

There are also two artist collabs on the snowboard side of things. Photographer and filmmaker Tobin Yellow lends his creative work to the topsheet of the all-mountain EMB, while UK artist Paul Jackson has his work displayed on the Space Echo.
On the outerwear side of things, DC continues to cover the full range of technical alpine performance gear, right over to streetwear accessories and apparel. One special mention goes to the Operative Jacket, blending a fusion of snowboarding, SAS and straight jacket aesthetics. Coming in at an impressive 45K waterproofing, it’s DCs flagship technical jacket, built to handle the toughest conditions in the mountain.
