Everything about the Burton Working Stiff is premium, from the high quality sintered base to the lightweight core and responsive triax fibreglass. This is build for speed and stability, so those not up to the task should look elsewhere.

The directional tapered shape is a winner both on and off the piste. The long, rockered nose makes floating in deep pow is easier than the running length would suggest, and on piste the whole thing boosts out of turns with ease. The stiffness of the nose means that this punches well above its weight (or length, rather), but isn’t so rigid that you can’t have a cruise too.

Burton’s eco-credentials are boosted in the Working Stiff by the first use of ReRez. Exclusive to this board (for now at least), the process means that this board is essentially zero-waste, with all leftover materials finding new uses elsewhere.
