‘Mille Bornes’ is French for a thousand milestones, referring to the distance markers on French roads, apparently (thanks Wikipedia). It’s also the name of the upcoming snowboard movie by French crew Almo Films. So far we’ve only really seen some animal costumed, custard pie fuelled antics but the first official teaser for the movie is here and it’s pretty explosive to say the least. There’s still many a custard pie in the face but there’s also some solid snowboarding from French riders Sylvain Bourbousson, Fred Couderc, Morgan Le Faucheur and David Livet (to name a few) and cameos from the likes of Louif Paradis, David Benedek and Wolle Nyvelt. This looks like one hell of an energy drink fuelled, prank filled, Francocentric snowboard orgy and definitely looks like it’ll be worth a watch when it drops in the autumn.
