Here’s Shin Biyajima taking a couple of lines down a massive face in Alaska. And handling it like a boss. We can’t say we’re all that familiar with the Japanese Flow Snowboarding rider, but judging by the scale and steepness of this particular line (how steep does the POV footage make it look?) he clearly knows how to ride a snowboard.
It’s gnarly stuff and with all of that sluff you do wonder what it would take for the whole slope to pop and and open up into a full blown avalanche. It definitely looks like a face that you’d want to be tackling with confidence and caution in equal measure…
