The absolute boss of mountain wear, this boiled merino shirt may have a hefty price tag, but considering it’ll last for decades it’s well worth the investment. Designed by Tignes local Neil McNair and made with traditional techniques in Yorkshire, this is old fashioned quality meeting snowboarding style and functionality head on.

You can wear this as a mid layer on cold days, but it’s also snow and water repellent so it is possible to rock it on the piste or even on a pow day, though we’d recommend that you pair it with a thermal with thumbholes and some bibbed pants.
