Measured on a graph of facilities against talent produced, this Scottish hill could rival any Californian super-resort you care to mention. It may have less terrain than some mountains dedicate to their parks alone, but its local heroes have squeezed everything out of every windswept, thaw-riddled season, never letting weather (or heather) get in the way. We’ve seen more snow scraped off a lorry’s mudflap than there was at the Lecht for this session, but it didn’t matter. Neil Cruickshank, Kevin Cowie, Ed Greig and Katie Jachacy got shovelling and shredding, allowing Frazer Rennie to get these unique pics – no Photoshop required. Braw.
